i know this is going to sound odd… but i really don’t think it is. i’m really sorry i’m getting surgery tomorrow.
because now i can’t call you tonight and i know you’re upset. and i’m upset too, and i’m sorry i won’t be able to call you for a few days… well.. i mean i can… i just can’t talk.
i know it’d weird because we’ve gone months without talking on the phone… but i feel completely terrible because if you need me one day i can’t tell you i love you or sing you to sleep or anything.
and i’m sorry. i really am.
i hate this.
